I'm your host and organiser (as well as a Welsh Athletics Run Leader,  trail race director and other things...). 

My first love are the mountains, the second the coast path and I can't wait to show you the best that Wales and beyond can offer you alongside our incredible team of enthusiastic runners.

Our coach, guide and fountain of all knowledge on running, health, nutrition and blisters!

Shan has 25 years of experience of competitive running, coaching and as a qualified massage therapist is a wealth of knowledge and experience that is hard to beat.

The man who needs no introduction (well not in West Wales and fell running around the country), Caz is our resident mountain and fells navigation expert.

Resident Coast Path expert, holder of the non stop FKT for the whole 186 miles, 200 mile racer and sponsored athlete, Sanna will be on hand to guide you on the path she knows so well.

Our resident physio. Sonia is a keen runner and triathlete with a key interest in preventing and treating sports injuries (apparently runners get injured sometimes...). Sonia will be available to show how we can prevent future injuries through education, stretching and exercises as well as being available for private consultations.
